Nature's One Social Media Stategy

Nature's One | Social Media Marketing

My work with Nature's One began in their marketing department as a social media consultant for the business. They already had an Instagram and a Facebook, but there was no clear strategy around creating consistent social media content. I began my work by doing some competitor research and analysis to better understand what their competitors were posting and where they were seeing the most engagement. I then created a monthly content calendar for both Instagram and Facebook. We utilized Hubspot to publish, monitor, and report on our success.


While managing the social media strategy at Nature's One, we ran various successful contests in order to generate engagement and UGC content. Our most successful contest, Incredible Kid Day, consisted of asking our followers to write us and tell us what made their child incredible. We had 50+ entries! After getting permission from all of those who participated, we had plenty of UGC content for future postings.


As my work load grew, we outsourced social media to an agency and I managed the relationship and content from the brand perspective.


Our social media content was hosted on our website through the Bazaarvoice platform.
