Nature's One | Retailer Content Strategy

Once Nature's One launched its two infant formulas, our whole world opened up! Until then, our toddler products were carried in Whole Foods, Sprouts, and other smaller retailers. Having an infant formula allowed us to expand into new retailers including Target, Walmart, Sam's Club, H-E-B, Publix, Meijer, and further expand our offerings within Whole Foods, Sprouts, and on Amazon.


As we began to expand into new retailer locations, it was my responsibility to manage the online content strategy for each individual retailer. Each retailer had its own processes, timelines, requirements, and guidelines. I managed the creation, coordination, and communication for all imagery, video content, product specs, and copy. This also required ongoing maintenance after the products were live as our products often experienced updates and/or changes.


Also, with all of the product updates, our Amazon store needed some TLC. I worked with our Amazon reps to redesign our Amazon brand page, A+ content, and product pages.


BazaarVoice and 1WorldSync were used to manage some of the content in addition to adhoc communications and submissions.


BazaarVoice helped us share our product reviews from our own e-commerce site on most of the retailer websites. Each retailer had their own guidelines and requirements on reviews needed for product launch.


1WorldSync allowed me to design our brand A+ page for retailer listings.
