Macro Culture is a supplement and online training company located in California. While the training business was prospering, the online and in-store supplement portion of the business needed a boost. Macro Culture needed some help with customer acquisition, retention, brand identity, and more consistent communications.


My primary focus for this client was to set up an email platform (they had both Mailchimp and Klaviyo, but needed help deciding on a platform and system clean up), design email brand templates, rebrand communication flows and adhoc emails, segment customers, and create more regular communication. After rebranding and adjusting brand voice, Macro Culture experienced an increase in average open rates (55.5% average, industry rate is 41.2%).


I also managed the strategy for a website redesign as well as assisted with social media branding updates (LinkTree creation and design, bio update, brand overhaul).


This project also involved traveling to California to film and perform in fitness training videos that were created to help the brand increase their content and help bolster their instructional offerings for their clients.
